The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking for the public's assistance in solving a trailer theft.
October 21, 2021, The Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of a stolen recreational trailer on Southgate Road 22 in the Township of Southgate. It was discovered that unknown suspects entered the property at approximately 1:30 am and stole a recreational trailer, similar to the one pictured in the photo below.
The trailer is described as a 2007 Forest River Rockwood, bearing Ontario marker V2367J. Members of the public are advised to call police if they observe this trailer.
Police are seeking to identify the person in the surveillance photo, as they are believed to be a suspect in relation to this incident.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this individual is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or online at www.opp.ca/reporting. Should you wish to remain anonymous you can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
