On August 21, 2023, at 11:16 pm, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to Highway 10 in Grey Highlands for the report of a possible impaired driver. Members of the Grey Bruce OPP attended and located the vehicle.
The OPP have charged a 39-year-old individual from Markdale with:
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on September 14, 2023.
The Grey Bruce OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
