On July 14, 2023, at 10:54 pm, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police were notified of a suspicious vehicle following another vehicle. Both vehicles pulled into the Chatsworth OPP Detachment.
Members of the Grey Bruce OPP attended and, upon speaking with the driver it became apparent that the driver had consumed an alcoholic beverage and was displaying signs of impairment.
The OPP have charged a 41-year-old female from the City of Owen Sound with:
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on August 3, 2023.
