Congratulations to Nancy Weir and Robert Simpson of Holland Centre for winning $100,000 with THE BIG SPIN INSTANT game.
Nancy and Robert have been friends for more than 13 years and are regular lottery players with OLG, enjoying games like LOTTO 6/49, LOTTO MAX, and the occasional INSTANT ticket.
Nancy, a gift shop owner, picked up the BIG SPIN ticket and revealed the in-store SPIN. “I was thinking I would win $10 or $20,” she shared while the pair were at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to spin the big wheel. “We were like, ‘are you kidding me?’ We were so surprised!”
Robert, who works at a sawmill, was the one to spin the wheel. “I didn’t know what to expect,” he said. “I kept thinking, ‘Stop here!’” Nancy giggled, as she watched the wheel and prize amounts going around.
“This feels like a breath of fresh air,” said Nancy. “We never expected to win big.”
Nancy and Robert plan to pay off bills and do some work around the house.
THE BIG SPIN INSTANT game is an exciting $5 game that combines popular scratch play with prizes revealed in-store by an animated spinning wheel on the lottery terminal screen and potentially, an in-person spin on THE BIG SPIN Wheel at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.
THE BIG SPIN INSTANT game has three fun ways to win:
The winning ticket was purchased at Holland Centre Gas Bar on Highway 10 in Holland Centre.
LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49 Keep Growing!
