The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police are on scene of a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle on Highway 6.
On October 11, 202 2, just after 7:15 pm, The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police, Grey County Paramedic Services (PS) and the Chatsworth Fire Department responded to a report of a collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle on Highway 6 in the Township of Chatsworth.
Life saving efforts were performed, but the driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased on scene. Their identity is being withheld pending a next of kin notification.
The Grey Bruce OPP is continuing to investigate this collision with the assistance of the West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team (TIME). Highway 6 will remain closed between Grey Road 40 and Walker Sideroad while emergency crews process the scene.
