On September 4, 2021 at approximately 4:30 am, Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 10 in the Township of Chatsworth.
The driver was placed under arrest, and transported to the Grey Bruce OPP detachment, where further tests were administered.
As a result of the investigation, the Grey Bruce OPP have arrested and charged a man, 20 years-of-age, from Severn with the following offences:
The accused must attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on October 28th, 2021.
