On March 27, 2022, at 1:14 pm, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a disturbance in the Township of Southgate.
Police arrived on scene and determined that a criminal offence had occurred. The accused had left the scene, and was later located and placed under arrest.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a youth, who cannot be named under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, with two counts of Assault.
The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
