The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual following an altercation.
On December 31, 2022, at approximately 7:46 pm, OPP responded to a report of an altercation on Grey Road 109 in the Township of Southgate.
Once on scene, and individual was placed under arrest after a brief struggle with officers.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 40-year-old man with the following offences:
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
