On March 27, 2022, at 6:36 pm, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Grey Road 25 in the Township of Chatsworth.
Police spoke with the driver and determined that they had been consuming alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest, and transported to an OPP detachment where further tests were administered.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a, 51 year-old, from London with the following offences:
The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
