Do you need a little inspiration to get into the “festive spirit”, want some decorating ideas, or just want an excuse to go out for the day. Why not go on a “Holiday Home Tour”.

On Saturday, November 30th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. seven local homeowners have graciously volunteered to open their homes and share their inspirations with the Community (4 in town, and 3 in the country).

You can start at any house, tour at your own pace and plan your own route. Take a chance to win a door prize when you visit the home on 302670 Douglas Street. The purchase of a ticket is required for entry to the tour homes. A map & participating locations are provided at the time of purchase. There are two ticket options: $25 per person for the Tour Only, OR for $40 per person enjoy the Tour and a Lunch.

The lunch includes a soup, sandwich, dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. It will be served at "The Foundry 1871" located at 204 Garafraxa Street South in Durham from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.. These tickets will only be on sale until November 28th. Note: if you purchase the Tour and Lunch ticket, the entire ticket must be presented at The Foundry to redeem your lunch.

Ticket purchase is cash only, at Eckhardt’s Floral Design, The Bookstore, All Under One Roof and Welbeck Home Hardware. If you have any questions or wish to pay using e-transfer, please email durhamholidaytour@gmail.com.

The Holiday House Tour is a West Grey Durham Lions Fundraiser. Proceeds will be used within our community to make West Grey a place to grow, prosper and live.
